Arrived on time and as promised. I was given an estimate and pictures of all repairs needed on the roof. They were very busy but gave me a starting date. Their crew arrived on time and worked fast and hard. They took a short break for lunch and finished early afternoon. They were polite, cleaned the area spotless. Everything went pretty much as expected. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and professional. The job was done on about the promised time frame and about the estimated job duration. The completed roof looks good. Satisfied with the job. Their bid was not the cheapest bid, however they seemed to be the most professional and gave the perception of high quality. Their initial bid included an initial estimate for dry rot repair (other bids included no initial estimate). However, additional dry rot was found during the re-roof so there was additional time and material cost for the additional dry rot repair. This added roughly $1K to the total cost.
